What You'll ContributeAs a Customer Service Representative at Badger Meter, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Your passion for sustainability and commitment to customer satisfaction will make a lasting impact on our organization and the world at large.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce, ensuring all accounts have accurate discounts, account notes, billing information, and account owners.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly.
- Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce.
- Enter all quote and orders cases from Salesforce into Oracle.
- Process all credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle.
- Review and process all order requests assigned from the Quality Service Center.
- High School Degree
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Basic proficiency in Salesforce & Oracle preferred
- Able to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong ability to multitask and respond in a professional and accurate manner
