**Behavioral Support Specialist Opportunity**

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Assist in classroom management and support when the primary 1:1 student is not present.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective behavioral and academic interventions.
  • Document and track the student's progress, providing reports and feedback as required.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptive in a dynamic school environment.
