Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Assist in classroom management and support when the primary 1:1 student is not present.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective behavioral and academic interventions.
- Document and track the student's progress, providing reports and feedback as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Valid RBT certification.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptive in a dynamic school environment.
