The University of Kentucky's Em. PATH program seeks a Behavioral Health Crisis Specialist to provide critical support to patients experiencing mental health and substance use crises.
Job SummaryAs a Behavioral Health Crisis Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals in need.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients in behavioral health crisis
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Facilitating connections to community resources and support services
- Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in crisis intervention and mental health support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
