Position Summary:

The Strategic Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to enhance R2Net's financial strategy and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in aligning financial insights with business objectives, supporting various departments including Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the comprehensive planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial outcomes, including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning.
  • Establish governance and streamline processes for Annual Planning, utilizing driver-based insights.
  • Create Tableau financial reports to derive actionable insights and foster informed decision-making.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational projects, working independently and alongside Business leaders.
  • Evaluate financial performance against established plans and forecasts, providing analytical insights to address performance gaps.
  • Conduct market share assessments and competitive analyses, ensuring clear communication of findings across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of robust financial modeling capabilities.
  • Enhance financial models, processes, and reporting to meet evolving planning requirements.
  • Oversee the budgeting of Support functions, tracking actual costs against forecasts and alerting management to any discrepancies.
  • Provide leadership and support for ongoing strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Drive cost efficiency analyses, focusing on value creation and reporting on savings initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations for key stakeholders, including the R2Net Leadership Team, highlighting performance insights.
  • Advance data transformation initiatives, including data management and reporting, to support detailed analytical needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degrees (MS/MBA) are advantageous.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in external audit, advisory, consulting, or Investment Banking, with a strong analytical background.
  • Proficiency in information systems and tools for data management.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP and experience using PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Experience in Big 4 firms, consulting, or investment banking is preferred.

Annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
