Job Description

As a key member of the Finance team at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and direction. The Manager, Strategic Finance will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term financial model, driving performance management, and providing financial analytics to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the three-statement financial model, including target setting, structuring, and expansion for segments, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Select, establish, and track operational KPIs to enable performance management and create alignment with the long-term financial model.
  • Own total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting across teams, including establishing cross-functional metrics definitions and building/automating executive dashboards.
  • Establish priorities and vision for financial business analytics, with analyses including product profitability, LTV/CAC, growth investments, pricing analysis, and customer cohort analysis.
  • Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis relating to key commercial projects.
  • Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of investment banking/private equity experience, with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred.
  • Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation, and analytics.
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Extensive experience with presentations to senior management.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders.
