We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Medical Education and Customer Relations to join our team at Bioventus. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for developing and executing our medical education strategy for the Surgical Solutions pillar of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute medical education programs that drive learning and adoption of our products among healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research and development, to ensure that our medical education programs are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage logistics, travel, and communication related to medical education activities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our medical education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 years of medical device industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Direct experience in medical education curriculum development and program execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
