Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Guest Services to lead our Front Office team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Front Office Team: Supervise and motivate a team of Guest Service managers and staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of the Front Office, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of poise and professionalism.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
