Guest Services Leader

We are seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in daily operations and guest services.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Thoroughly understand and uphold the standards of event service, committed to teaching and embodying these standards.
- Demonstrate experience and proficiency in fine dining service styles, including setup and breakdown.
- Oversee all scheduling within the assigned department.
- Maintain service standards established by company leadership.
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and recruitment of potential candidates.
- Manage team performance, morale, and productivity.
- Exhibit polished presentation and communication skills with VIP clients and management.
- Achieve budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs, and profitability targets.
- Ensure timely completion of customer follow-up calls.
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong delegation skills.
- A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Strong capabilities in multi-tasking, problem resolution, and customer relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit with a robust work ethic.
- Prior experience with TripleSeat and Toast POS systems.
