Requirements:

  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, serial-based communications) and Windows platforms.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and web development.
  • Background in HVAC or building controls.
  • Familiarity with building control protocols (BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus).
  • Experience working with Tridium Niagara (preferably N4 Certified).
  • Electrical wiring experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to evolving technologies.
