Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Management Program Lead to join our team at WorkSource Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of grants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to maximize grant funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management and Oversight (70%):
    • Develop and implement grant management plans to ensure compliance with regulations and maximize grant funding.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new grant opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on grant progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Business Systems and Data Architecture (15%):
    • Design and implement business systems and data architecture to support grant management and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain data visualizations to track grant progress and identify trends.
  • Community Member Outreach and Engagement (15%):
    • Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to build relationships with community members and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with community members to identify and pursue new grant opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of training and applied experience.
  • Experience in project management and grant management.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing system-wide solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with software vendors, sponsoring agencies, faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven analytical ability, problem-solving, and ability to explain information accurately and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
  • Ability to encounter and handle highly confidential business with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
