Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with our Director of Development to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to meet revenue goals.
    • Design and execute innovative cultivation and solicitation strategies to grow our donor pipeline.
  • Donor Cultivation and Stewardship
    • Develop and implement data-driven approaches to individual and corporate donor development and cultivation.
    • Manage a portfolio of donors to ensure retention and growth.
  • Event Planning and Management
    • Conceptualize and execute targeted events to engage prospects and donors, including our annual gala and other fundraising events.
    • Manage volunteer committees, vendors, and event logistics to ensure successful event execution.
  • Volunteer Management and Support
    • Develop and manage volunteer committees to support fundraising and program needs.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education
    • 5-7 years of work experience, with at least four years of relatable non-profit experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with and motivate volunteers and teams.
    • Exceptional organizational, logistics, and administrative skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to learn new software quickly and work in a shared environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401K, life and ADD insurance, employee discounts, adoption and educational assistance, and more.
