Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-office activities, including patient flow, scheduling, and registration.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience.
  • Manage budgets, prioritize resources, and make data-driven decisions to optimize office performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform business decisions and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
