Administrative Services Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience.
- Manage budgets, prioritize resources, and make data-driven decisions to optimize office performance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform business decisions and support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in an office setting.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation:
