Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

The Director of Resident Relations is responsible for fostering positive relationships with current and prospective residents. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents through regular communication and outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to resident services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track resident feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in resident relations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
