Job Title: Restaurant Operations Director

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of restaurant staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage inventory, labor costs and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to improve performance and retention

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic computer skills

Compensation Package:

$55000 - $65000 per year
