Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding in-store customer experience, offering comprehensive and accurate information about Lderach products.
- Perform sales transactions and register duties, ensuring proper shop and shelf maintenance, gift wrapping, and fulfilling in-store orders.
- Drive store sales goals through thoughtful product recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with in-store standards and loss prevention protocols.
- Adhere to merchandising and food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with store management on visual merchandising setups and various store-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in premium retail or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
- Dependable and adaptable, with the flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- A genuine passion for chocolate.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $17.
- Premium holiday pay, including time-and-a-half for overtime.
