Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Store Associate to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding in-store customer experience, providing thorough and accurate information on our products, and executing product sales and register duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a wonderful shopping experience for our customers.
- Provide thorough and accurate information on our products, including their features and benefits.
- Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment.
- Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations and product knowledge.
- Support store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects.
- Experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs.
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Passionate about chocolate.
- Competitive salary of $17 hourly.
- Premium holiday pay (time and a half over-time pay).
