At TEKsystems, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned staff and vendors while establishing priorities to achieve project deliverables and milestones.

Job Description

    A key aspect of this position is the ability to read, interpret, and make necessary redline changes to technical construction drawings. Strong knowledge of ACAD is essential in fulfilling this requirement.

    The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills to manage assigned staff, clients, related disciplines, and real estate professionals during project location visits.

    In addition to strong leadership skills, you must be able to prepare cost proposals based on established rates or solicit cost proposals from vendors according to a written scope of work.

    Managing the financial aspects of assigned projects will also be a critical part of this role, including reviewing and approving vendor invoices as well as revenue forecasting through project close-out.

    Understanding local permitting requirements and processes for jurisdictional approvals is crucial in ensuring successful project execution.
