Pavilion Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 8 years of experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects. They should also have a proven track record of managing projects over $15MM and demonstrating leadership positions in their professional, personal, or civic roles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, HRA, LTD, life, FSA, and 401K/Roth with up to 4% match.

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning teams to projects, assessing staff strengths and weaknesses, and continuously improving staff's interpersonal, professional, and technical skills. You will also be expected to recognize construction process anomalies, intervene when necessary, and assist your teams in achieving great results.

As a Senior Project Director, you will be a seasoned project manager with the capacity to manage multiple projects and staff concurrently. You will constantly monitor company profitability and schedule, influence changes that improve bottom line performance, brand reputation, and client experience.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrate 8 years' experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects.
  • Demonstrate 5 years of performing the function of project manager, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a lead role in managing projects more than $15MM.
  • Be competent in using MS Office Suite, any online estimating software, and any proprietary accounting software programs.
  • Demonstrate leadership positions in your professional (association, otherwise), personal, or civic roles.
  • Have completed 4 years of post-graduate education (journeyman, trade school, college, etc.).
  • Have 3 positive and supportive client references for whom you have worked for in the past 5 years.
