Job Description: As a Systems Engineering Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and directing the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems tests.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and document test data and results.
  • Assess COTS and GOTS equipment specifications for use in operational environments.
  • Present results to senior leaders for decisions to protect operational missions worldwide.
  • Attend meetings and conduct interviews to develop studies and final reports.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess and maintain a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Strong self-motivation and self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to review, produce, define, with the customer, the operational critical requirements, document, and then design a test that determines performance.

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 per year based on location and experience.
