Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400
