Urbanex Pest Control is seeking an experienced Strategic Insights Manager to lead its finance team. This senior-level role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year.


In this position, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes and providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.


To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field and 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical role.


Your expertise in data visualization, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration will enable you to provide actionable insights across departments and help shape the financial strategy of Urbanex.


You will also design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other key business metrics, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues within Power BI.
