We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Account Relationship Manager to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Specialty Segments team, you will be responsible for establishing and partnering with our distribution partners to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of distributor business functions, processes, and plans
- Guide the strategic direction of distributor business plans
- Negotiate and execute Distribution Agreements
- Develop mutually agreed-upon annual sales goals with distribution partners
- Communicate and implement national sales promotions, where applicable
- Perform quarterly distribution partner Business Reviews
- Communicate important BEC information affecting distributor business
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree (business or science preferred), MBA degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience (preferably within a commercial capacity, i.e., sales or marketing)
- 3+ years of experience working within the distribution market (preferably within the lab or medical device space, with a razor/razor blade model)
