Our Client Advisors are at the core of our brand, safeguarding growth and longevity through cultivating and strengthening client relationships. They understand the Vilebrequin mindset and bring it to life each day as Brand Ambassadors, engaging clients in the discovery of our heritage through storytelling and creating enthusiasm for the Vilebrequin collections.
The role requires creating a welcoming environment by immediately welcoming customers and proactively offering assistance. It involves providing a dynamic service presence, being skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify customer needs, and knowing store layout and merchandise assortment to direct customers accordingly. Elevating the shopping experience includes consistently achieving sales goals, incorporating the WAVE sales approach, delivering luxury clienteling, and exceeding individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
