Role Summary:

The Facilities Operations Manager will serve as the primary representative of our organization at a Business & Industry account. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of exceptional managed services to our clients, including but not limited to:

  • Janitorial Services
  • Mailroom and Distribution
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Reception Services
  • Office Administrative Support
  • Subcontractor Management for Building Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the overall delivery of services to the client.
  • Coordinating and supporting all departmental activities, including financial responsibilities such as invoice reconciliation and approval.
  • Interfacing with all levels of facility staff regarding the Scope of Work.
  • Managing budgets of approximately $3 million.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Management within the Business & Industry sector.
  • Experience supporting a technology-focused organization is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in P&L Management.
  • A strong focus on Client Relations and Customer Service.
  • Leadership capabilities, including staffing, recruiting, and team development.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and systems knowledge.
