As a Senior Insurance Sales Representative with the Elam Smith Agency in Nashville, Tennessee, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure their financial futures. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by company standards
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales through various channels
- Treat each customer contact as a whole person with multiple needs, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
- Possess a Closer mentality, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
- Create relationships from a cold start and build rapport quickly
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required; Life & Health and Securities licenses are highly encouraged
