Work Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, with open ICU and specialty support available. While no specific procedures are mandated, opportunities to perform them exist for those interested.
Compensation Package: $281,579 plus potential bonuses. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement plans, and Paid Time Off.
Position Highlights:
- Operating across 4 locations with a team of 45 providers, fostering a strong and cohesive workplace culture along with a robust employee wellness initiative.
- The organization encompasses various specialties including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Endocrinology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Pediatrics.
- The primary service area has a population of approximately 26,000, while the overall draw area exceeds 100,000.
- These new roles are created in response to growth and expansion needs.
- The group has experienced a doubling in size over the last five years.
- An achievable bonus structure based on Relative Value Units (RVUs) is in place.
Qualifications Required:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is essential.
- Possession of an active medical license in the state of Oregon.
- Prior experience in hospital medicine or family practice is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care services to patients in a hospital setting, emphasizing family medicine.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions while coordinating patient care effectively.
- Work collaboratively with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
