Evergreen Family Medicine is committed to delivering exceptional care to families in Roseburg, Sutherlin, and Myrtle Creek, Oregon. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and EFM policies.
  • Adhere to EFM departmental standards and policies, including state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, managers, and patients.
  • Ensure carts are stocked with supplies for the evening shift.
  • Clean restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms.
  • Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry.
  • Sweep rooms and restock supplies as needed.
  • Check maintenance emails and report safety issues and needed repairs.
  • Clean conference rooms.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions from the maintenance manager.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing: 25% of the time.
  • Walking: 65-75% of the time.
  • Lifting: up to 10 lbs frequently, up to 30 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs rarely.
  • Carrying: up to 30 lbs.
  • Pushing/Pulling: 25% of the time with up to 30 lbs of force.
  • Bending/Stooping: 50% of the time from the waist to 45 degrees forward and 60% of the time at the neck to 30 degrees down.
  • Reaching/Handling: 80% of the time, reaching over head to shelves.
  • Twisting: 40% of the time at the waist to 90 degrees and 50% of the time at 45 degrees.
  • Climbing/Crawling: occasionally.
