About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Burn Trauma Surgical ICU. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years med/surge experience required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
