  • Oversee the management of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
  • Conduct detailed pre and post-in-service inspections to ensure vehicles are in good condition.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including light detailing, washing, and cleaning fleet units.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for mechanical and body repairs.
  • Ensure returned units are refueled and ready for service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and collaborate with buyers and customers to improve fleet programs.
Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma.
  • At least 6 months of rental car experience with a fleet of at least 50 vehicles.
  • 1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day.
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays.

  • North Pekin, IL 61554
  • Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)
  • Part-Time: 20-30 hours/week with a consistent schedule
