  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the environmental services or industrial hazardous waste management industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and resolve customer issues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
