Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at US Derm Support Roles. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, manage medical records filing and maintenance, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate effectively with medical staff and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or similar capacity preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
