About the Role:

Milestone LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a Clinical Assessor. As a key member of our assessment and treatment team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing case management services to individuals with mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screenings, intakes, and diagnostic impressions to identify service needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mental health concerns
• Provide case management services to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, peer support specialists, and medical practitioners
• Perform quality assurance audits to ensure accurate and complete client records
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field (LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health assessment and treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications
