Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and finalize yearly construction plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise assigned field construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Lead field safety and environmental performance, fostering a culture of zero incidents and environmental stewardship.
  • Collaborate with contractors, construction leadership, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor contractor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of pipeline construction experience, with 7+ years in construction supervision or management.
  • Proven ability to lead large construction projects safely and successfully.
  • Ability to work on the North Slope on a rotation schedule, as required.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated performance as part of a team working on large projects and interfacing with project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience with ConocoPhillips Capital Projects Management System (CPMS).
  • 5+ years of pipeline construction experience in Arctic conditions.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines and across organizational boundaries.
