We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis department, you will be responsible for administering payments, performing general accounting and compliance functions, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
* Administer payments and process invoices
* Perform general accounting and compliance functions, including coding payments and correcting errors
* Maintain accurate records and logs, including payment and tracking logs
* Identify and resolve coding and pricing issues
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business-related field preferred
* 8+ years of experience in lieu of college degree
* Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills
* General knowledge of GAAP
* Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office products
* Working knowledge of Oracle
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with varied contractors
