Job Title: Senior Partner Manager, Advertising Sales, WM Connect

We're passionate about the power of digital advertising and are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing key business portfolios with some of our largest brand partnerships in the Personal Care, Home Care, or Beauty Care categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and be able to develop and execute strategies that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key business portfolios with some of our largest brand partnerships in the Personal Care, Home Care, or Beauty Care categories.
  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions.
  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals.
  • Collaborate closely with account management partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel as required to meet with the shopper marketing team and suppliers/agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
  • 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience with the ability to generate new SaaS sales.
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A strong ability to propose creative technologies across diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A passion for driving business results for companies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $108,000.00-$216,000.00 in Hoboken, New Jersey, and $117,000.00-$234,000.00 in San Bruno, California, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.

Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage. Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
