Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Walmart Connect. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from requirement definitions to launch efforts. You will define vision and strategies for your product family, develop and enhance products, and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts.
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and approve objectives.
  • Develop and enhance products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
  • Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hand-on experience in product management. Advertising, Personalization, Analytics, and ML product development domain expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing products in Ad-tech industry.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems.
  • Data-driven and strategic thinker.
  • Customer-centric.
  • Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership.
  • Excellent communicator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science.
  • Experience in building advertising platforms, personalization, customer segmentation, or ad optimization products.
  • Data or platform product management.
  • Analytics and BI Tools experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
