We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our Ad Measurement Product team. As a key member of our Measurement Product team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class ad measurement products and platforms that drive campaign measurement at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Define product vision, strategy, and development of ad measurement products
- Lead a team of Product Managers and drive strategic planning, establish PM best practices, manage and mentor PMs, drive Cross-Functional alignment, and resolve large scale conflicts
- Develop and enhance products - manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts
- Work with Data Science, Engineering, and other Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards
- Partner with product marketing in conducting industry and competitive analyses to develop deep understand of emerging trends in advertising measurement that inform product roadmap
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative /technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent)
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management (majority in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of experience managing product managers
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, ad measurement and the underlying technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence
- Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and make difficult trade-off decisions
- Passion for learning and solving customer problems
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement)
