Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At Meritage Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services to our restaurant locations, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal customers, including General Managers, District Managers, and Team Members.
  • Communicate maintenance needs and/or deficiencies with the DM/GM team as needed.
  • Develop and work through a network of outside vendors, suppliers, and service providers to accomplish interior and exterior maintenance services.
  • Work closely with vendor teams and assist with troubleshooting difficult or time-sensitive work.
  • Order and return parts as necessary, and work with the Project Manager to order and manage capital project work.
  • Operate and maintain a company service vehicle, and associated days driven and worked log.
  • Perform computer and administrative work, including approving invoices and quotations, and working within the CMMS-Corrigo Work Order Management System and other company systems.
  • Be available to be on call as necessary.
  • Work directly with and meet weekly with the Regional Facilities Manager to review work plans for the prior and upcoming week.
  • Responsible for maintaining performance and reporting on KPIs in their market, including Priority 1-4 tickets, PMs, and other scheduled work, ensuring that work is addressed within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Track and monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and costs for all Dept 12 budgets, including Facility Department Vehicles.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent - specific certifications preferred.
  • Have 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the facilities industry.
  • Have strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
