Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tear down and sanitation of all production equipment
• Stocking and sanitation of every inch of production floor daily
• Cleaning of dishes and machine parts
• Organization of parts carts and dish areas
• Detail cleaning and organization of all coolers and freezers
• Sweeping and cleaning of dock and warehouse areas daily
• Comply with USDA and HACCP programs
• Follows Allergen Management Program
• Friendly personality and great attitude
• Flexibility in job assignments

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is required to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, and walk
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment:

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
