Dialysis Patient Care Specialist

At US Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Dialysis Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal failure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and comfortable dialysis treatment to patients
- Monitor patients during treatment and collect blood samples as needed
- Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments and conduct quality control checks
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director
