Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at SCL Health. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in clinical team conferences and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Comply with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The Clinical Care Specialist will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and to ensure the best possible outcomes.
