This critical role involves working closely with senior members of our engineering team to advance technical initiatives in our broad portfolio. You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team, supporting our overall engineering workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting design, development, and analysis activities
  • Developing solutions to marine engineering challenges in the electrical, mechanical, and computer engineering domains
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements documentation, design information, source code, schematics, drawings, digital models, test plans, and procedures
  • Supporting internal and external technical reviews as needed

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience and a B.S. degree in Mechanical, Marine, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or other technical disciplines
  • Strong desire to learn, robust problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with programming in Python and Matlab
