Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering professional to join our team at AirBorn Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes and improving existing ones to ensure high levels of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing performance
  • Create and communicate project updates and progress to leadership
  • Define and lead Kaizen events to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and write effective work instructions and implement new equipment and processes
  • Analyze production trends to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Strong technical writing and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
