Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering professional to join our team at AirBorn Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing operations and reduce costs.
- Create and communicate project updates and progress to leadership, highlighting measurable improvements.
- Define and lead Kaizen events based on analysis of cell KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and write effective electronic and manual work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Implement and validate new equipment and processes, developing validation plans as needed.
- Analyze production trends to develop improvement plans and drive process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical writing and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
