Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering professional to join our team at AirBorn Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes and improving existing ones to ensure high levels of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones to meet quality, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing performance and productivity.
- Create and communicate project updates and progress to leadership, highlighting measurable improvements.
- Define, lead, and complete Kaizen events based on analysis of cell KPIs.
- Develop and write effective electronic and manual work instructions.
- Implement and validate new equipment and processes, developing equipment and process validation plans.
- Analyze production trends to develop improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical writing and project management skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
The employee will regularly work near moving mechanical parts and may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and travel is limited to less than 5%.
