Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering professional to join our team at AirBorn Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Create and communicate project updates and progress to leadership
  • Define and lead Kaizen events to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and write effective electronic and manual work instructions
  • Implement and validate new equipment and processes
  • Analyze production trends to develop improvement plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Three plus years of related experience and/or training
  • Technical writing and digital factory connectivity skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
  • Project management skills
Work Environment

The employee will regularly work near moving mechanical parts and may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and travel is limited to less than 5%.
