- Create and communicate project updates and progress to leadership
- Define and lead Kaizen events to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Develop and write effective electronic and manual work instructions
- Implement and validate new equipment and processes
- Analyze production trends to develop improvement plans
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Strong technical writing and project management skills
- Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
