**About the Company:**

A member-focused federal credit union seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Branch Manager.

**Salary Range:** $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong leadership skills and experience in relationship management, lending functions, and supervisory roles. As a Branch Manager at our member-focused federal credit union, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the branch in various relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers, and other financial institutions;
  • Hiring, training, and monitoring the work of branch personnel, including conducting performance reviews, allocating resources, and reviewing recommendations from subordinates;
  • Maintaining compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures;
  • Underwriting consumer loans and reviewing underwriting decisions made by subordinate personnel;
  • Monitoring branch operating results and taking corrective action when necessary;
  • Maintaining communication with the main office, preparing reports, and attending scheduled management meetings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred;
  • At least 7 years of progressive banking experience, including management experience;
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A genuine attitude with a desire to deliver excellent customer service;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) required, and proficiency with Symitar highly preferred.
