Job Title: Branch Leadership Manager

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (based on location)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Leadership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of high-performing direct reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

You will lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth of the business. This involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures.

As a successful Branch Leadership Manager, you will also have the opportunity to directly meet customer needs by assisting with transactions, as needed, allowing you to serve as a role model to your team in delivering an exceptional customer experience focused on building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
  • Resolve tactical issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the business to meet Branch Network business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience
  • Responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Requirements
  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Leadership experience including coaching, training, developing, inspiring, and building a high-performing team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
  • Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
