Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join our team at Quality Equipment, LLC. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, preparing bank deposits, maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records, and providing administrative support to the local Sales, Parts, and Service Departments.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including receiving visitors and telephone calls.
  • Prepare bank deposits and balance cash receipts.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including reconciling payable accounts and monitoring aging receivables.
  • Post purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate.
  • Review vendor invoices, document general ledger coding, and submit supporting paperwork to the Accounting Department.
  • Distribute mail, maintain dealership files, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the local Sales, Parts, and Service Departments.

  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • High School degree or equivalent experience.
